God’s will be done

For the last several weeks we have been praying for a good friend of mine to be healed from some complications coming from pnmonia. Praying that God’s Will will be done in it. Well God’s Will was done. It might not have been what we wanted, but it was God’s Will. Dr. Guimon went to be with the Lord Feb 13th “06″, but the memories of him will be in my heart as well as the other people that new, and loved him. Be praying for Mrs. Guimon, and her son Matthew as they morn his going. May God Bless You All.

My New Year’s Resolution

You know you realy don’t start your new year’s resolution until the second month of the year, or for me the second week of the second month. Have I confused you yet? Anyway’s I just started this new exercise that I got off line this last week.I start off with my stretches, then I go straight in to the different sets of workout. The first set is mostly pushups, and crunches. Lots of pushups, and lots of crunches. OUCH!!!!!!! Well I do my best, but thats just the biginning. The second set is mostly crunches, and leg exercises which I’m not used to. The next exercise set is running. Have you ever done a Spartan Run? I haven’t don the origanal run, but I did my own version of it. The origanal run is like this. You run 1 mile stop do 100 pushups in as few sets as possible, then 100 crunches, run 1 mile stop do 75 pushups, and crunches, run 1 mile stop do 50 pushups, and crunches, and your done. That is a Sparten Run. Have fun!!!! I ran in place for about 5 min did 10 crunches 20 pushups,so on & so forth untill I was up to 20 crunches, and 30 pushups. Ouch!!!!!!!! I would suggest starting out little by little. Now that you’ve read about me starting my New Year’s resolution thats all I’m going to write. Till next time.
